Right now, our plugin to push status only works for text. Images cause other difficulties depending on privacy settings, but it's something we're looking into adding in the future.
Beyond that, I'm not sure how AdsManager works. As long as it triggers the same events as JomSocial does for the community plugins, when we update our plugin to work with images, it should work. If they have their own flow and method for adding to the JomSocial Activity Stream, it may not work.
