The redirect issue isn't an issue with Facebook. That sounds like your site has been hacked. There are multiple Google reports of websites redirection to xyz.jkub.com type sites. It's done be some 'bad' code on your website which is looking at where the user is being redirected from (Facebook), and for those links only, the user is redirected to Facebook.

You can read more about other users with this issue on the pagest below:
productforums.google.com/forum/#!msg/web...erYqvGQ/zSzA0H0ZScIJ
productforums.google.com/forum/?fromgrou...bmasters/Lmmo2_skpcg

Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about that. You'll need your IT or hosting company to run a security scan on your website to find the offending file(s) and close any holes that may be present so it doesn't happen again.

Hope that helps get you started, and good luck,
Alex

M.,
The only reason you would get that message, that I'm aware of, is if someone disabled the Joomla - Authentication or Joomla - User plugins. Our 'Integrate with Joomla login' setting in JFBConnect just adds our Login with Facebook button to the template files for the Joomla login page. It doesn't alter the actual login process at all and nothing we do affects the admin area of your site.

All I can recommend is looking at your MySQL database and re-enabling those plugins. If you enable them and it still doesn't work, let us know. I still don't think the issue is due to JFBConnect, but we'll help how we can.

Thanks,
Alex

Maria,
I don't have the admin credentials you sent anymore. I clear those out of my PM's frequently as I don't like having a lot of credentials to user's sites in my inbox. It seems insecure, though there shouldn't be any problem with it.

As for your issue with the JFBCSystem plugin, can you please go to Joomla Global Configuration and disable GZip compression and set Error Reporting to "Maximum". Also, disable any other 'optimization' plugins you may have enabled.

Then, enable the JFBCSystem plugin again and let us know what error is appearing on the site. That will help us diagnose the problem. Also, please let us know:
* Does the error shows up on every front-end page, or just specific ones.
* Does it only happen on the front-end, or the admin area too?

You can re-send the admin credentials as well, and we can take a look later today or tomorrow as well, but if you can tell us the error you're seeing, that will speed things up.

Thanks,
Alex

Good morning, Alex;

As you said in previous post I enabled to max the error reporting, plus all JB plugins and this is the error that appeared:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method ogObject::getParameter() in /var/www/vhosts/kelifestyle.com/httpdocs/plugins/opengraph/k2/k2.php on line 81

It only appears in front end in every k2 category but not in admin side.

Thanks in advance for your help!!!

regards

Maria

Maria,
If you're seeing that error message, it means your main JFBConnect component version is out of date. Please go to the JFBConnect Overview page and click the "Update Now" button. If that doesn't work for some reason, download the zip installer from the 'My Subscriptions' area of this site and re-install the component. You don't need to uninstall first.

That will update the component and take care of that bug. Hope that helps, but keep us posted if you still have issues.

Thanks,
Alex
