We've honestly never used PayPlans before, so I don't know the exact answer. I know it's an awesome extension for payments, and something we're actually considering moving too, but just not something we've tested before.
With that said, the developer have contacted us before and we know they've done some integration with JFBConnect. They even have a special add-on (plugin, built-in integration, not really sure) that you can read more about on the page below:

I believe that integration does what you want, but again, not exactly sure. I hope that helps with some information. You may want to contact their developers to see if they have suggestions. If you can't get a solution you're looking for, let us know. We'll try to help, but it may take a lot of time since we've never looked at their code or integration with JFBConnect.
