Hi,

Could you please help me about this issue. When I click save to setup the object on open graph, it'd been error occur.
The message appeared like this one:

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /administrator/index.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Thanks for your cooperation.

Wazeen,
We've never heard of that error before. Can you save configuration information from the Configuration tab, or other settings in the other tabs? Can you try to set the Error Reporting in Joomla's Global Config to "Maximum" as well and let us know if any other error messages appear?

If none of that works, please try to disable any SEF extensions you have enabled (which shouldn't affect the admin area anyways) and any 'optimization' plugins you may have enabled (for compression, gzipping, etc). Try again and let us know if you see any improvement.

Hope that helps,
Alex

Hi,

I still get the same result..

this the setting..I think it is no problem at all..
But why when I want to setup the action, the error message like before appeared?

So,could you please help me?.. I will give you my administration login details for you to check
if you willing to check it through it.

And one more thing, I failed to install this plugin --> alphauserpoints_v4.2.1
I don't know if this failure affect to the failure OBJECT setting for Open Graph.

I got this message after setting up the configuration global to Maximum:

Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$url in /home/funemoco/public_html/libraries/expose/core/processor.php on line 300

You don't need to install the Alpha User Points plugin, that should only be installed if you're using the Alpha User Points extension, which is separate from JFBConnect and has nothing to do with Open Graph.

As for the message you're getting, I don't know what that file is or what the 'expose' library is. That error is likely causing your issue, but it's not from JFBConnect, it's from some other extension you have installed. Do you know what expose is? From doing a Google search, it looks to be template related. Do you have a special admin template enabled? If so, please try switching back to the Joomla default admin template and try saving again.

If that doesn't work, feel free to Private Message the some admin credentials for your site and we'll look into it further.

Thanks,
Alex

I received your PMs. You didn't send any credentials, so I can't login to the admin area. We may change or disable plugins or do anything else to narrow down what may be wrong. If this is a production site, that means functionality may change, just so you know.

As for your last private message, you said:
I'm tested it to login to my website, but it was failed.
Can you explain that more? What happened? Did you get an error or other message?

Thanks,
Alex

Wazeen,
I got the same 406 error when I tried to save, but it seems to have locked me out of your site. I can no longer go to any pages. Doing a search, I found that the error message is generated by mod_security, part of Apache, when it's configured very strictly. You'll need to either have your host disable that module or send us a report as to what is wrong with the request we're making to save that is causing it to be triggered. For more information, see:
www.werockyourweb.com/406-error-not-acce...found-on-this-server

There's not much we can do about this on our end until we understand what's happening on your server.

Hope that helps, and let us know what you find,
Alex
