Hello not sure if this is where i should be asking, but what I am looking at doing is to create a custom registration page that users on my site can use to make there friends accounts. The users would make account with name, address and email, when complete would make them a userid and send the new user an email with a random generated password

That's definitely not something that JFBConnect would do, and sounds like an addon for JomSocial specifically. To create accounts for other users (as an invitation type thing) sounds pretty neat, but outside the scope of our Facebook integration suite.
