Download SCLOGIN again.

When you install the component, it installs the SCLogin module. It's part of the component, so re-installing should install it again. If you simply deleted it from the "Modules" area of Joomla, simply hit the "New" button and you can create a new instance of the SCLogin module to place and configure however you want.

Hope that helps, but if not, let us know, and we can come up with more solutions. My guess is that it's actually on your site, just a little more hidden than you think.
