Topic-icon Integration of Comments made on Facebook page with Webpage

I am new to Facebook and Website integration, so I am trying to understand what options are available with the JFBConnect extension, which I have only just purchased.

You can see from the attachment enclosed that updates are made to the facebook page and people can comment on them on facebook.

What I want to know is whether there is a way to show the updates made to facebook, including the comments on my Website Pages, and also whether it is possible to add/reply to the update/comments that are visible on my website which would then be visible on the Facebook page that they relate to?

If it is possible, I would appreciate some advice how I achieve this? - I am using the latest versions of all the JFBConnect extnsion code, but I do not have Jomsocial, CB or any other 3rd party product except Kunena.

Thanks in advance

Rich,
No, you can't show the comments from your website on your FB Page. There's no real connection between a status update you make on your Facebook Page and a URL you may include in that post. Comments on that status update from your users are comments about your status update, which may be loosely (or not even really) related to the underlying article you're sharing. So, the comments don't get pushed to the article or pulled from the article to your Page. If they did, in some cases, it would jumble comments together in a very hard to read manner. It makes sense when you think about it, but this is a request we hear a bit, so we understand where you're coming from.

Hope that helps, and sorry we can't do what you're looking for,
Alex
