Most likely that's caused by a Javascript error. There can be 2 causes for the Javascript errors:
* Another extension is causing a conflict causing our logout functionality not to 'trigger' when the button is clicked
* Our jfbconnect.js file isn't being included on the page for some reason
In both cases, a good, easy test, is to try to switch your template to the default Joomla one and see if that changes the behavior. Other things to look at are:
* Disable any caching or optimization extensions that may be enabled
* Set the "Logout of Joomla Only" setting to "Yes" in JFBConnect
If any of those change the behavior, let us know, and we should be able to help you revert the setting if you want. We just need to narrow down a possible cause right now.
If none of that helps, can you post, or Private Message us a link to the site and any instructions we may need to test? I'm sure we can get to the bottom of the issue. You're correct, it's definitely basic and not a problem you should be having!
