JLinked or JFBconnect + jpayplans + jomsocial + JSPT =jomsocial issue was created by canadareic

I'm just wondering if you could verify why when using JLinked or JFBconnect user information is not entered into the database for jomsocial .
jpayplans are first to chose package and then jomsocial is used to register and enter rest of the info

How this can be troubleshooted?

How is JLinked or JFBConnect involved in that process? When you use PayPlans and go to JomSocial, is the user using one of our LinkedIn or JFBConnect buttons to login or are they going through the JomSocial registration flow?

Can you post, or private message, a link that we can see how the registration flow is occurring along with any instructions that may help us recreate it?
