JFBConnect creates 100% standard Joomla users, so any users that login using Facebook will be able to interact with other extensions just fine. We also have an easy way to add FB Like, Twitter and LinkedIn Share, and Google+1 buttons to any pages on your site using a module or our easy-tags, like {JFBCLike}. So, generally, direct integration isn't required with all extensions.
