No, there isn't. When you post on Facebook, you're creating an 'original' blog post of it's own, if that makes sense. So, while that post may link to an article on your site, the comments would be for your original comment about the article.. not necessarily the article itself. Facebook wouldn't want a user's posts that are in response to your main comment to be associated with an article which may, or may not, really be related.
It's may be confusing, but it's mainly a way to make sure a user knows what they are actually commenting about.. your status update or the underlying article.
In general though, Facebook has no way to pull in the comments about a specific status update (which may link to an article) and show those status update comments on the article itself (or vice versa).
