Hi

At the moment i'm using your demo sample code as a test:
{JFBCComments href=http://www.sourcecoast.com width=443 num_posts=10 colorscheme=light}
but the "Add a comment" box is closed and opens only when i click on the "Add a comment" text.
i want the "Add a comment" box in JFBComments to be open by default and stay open, like on the JFBComments module.
Is that possible?

Thanks

If you're logged into Facebook with a user that's an admin of the app, when you view a comments box on your site, you should see a "Settings" button in the top right. Click that and then look for the "Comments composer" setting. Switch it to "Always On". That will make *all* comment boxes on your site automatically show the new comment section.

Hope that helps!
Alex

I did what you said.
Basically the settings button (gears) appears only on the JFBComments module and not on the {JFBComments href=...}.

Anyway i gave it a try and did click on the module settings and switched the "Always On" on Comments composer" setting but i realized that it made the comment box show always on only on all Modules and not when i use content plugin tag {JFBComments href=...}.

Unfortunately i need to use the tag one and not the module one.
Any ideas?

Thank you very much for the support

Can you try running the page without the gears through Facebook's URL Debug Tool:
developers.facebook.com/tools/debug
That will have Facebook re-scan the page for some of the information that JFBConnect enters and hopefully will make the gears appear and have it function according to your settings.

If that doesn't help, can you point me to both pages that you have the comment boxes on? One with the JFBCComments module and one with the {JFBCComments ..} tag? They both should be behave the exact same.

Thanks,
Alex
