I'll discuss my problem in the following photos

after that, by clicking the login button, a popup will appear and disappear within about 2 seconds and the page just refreshes itself with nothing happens.

Mahmoud,
There's quite a few reasons that can cause that issue and all are easily solved. The first recommendation I'd have is to upgrade to a newer release of JFBConnect. v4.1.2 that you're using is over 6 months old now. A lot of changes have happened to Facebook's API since then and it's likely that one of those are causing you issues.

If you don't want to upgrade, we can definitely still help you diagnose and fix the problem on v4.1.2 as it's likely a very easy fix is required. However, please post from the account you subscribed to JFBConnect from. Priority support is for active subscribers only.

Thanks,
Alex

I know that is an old version and I don't want to upgrade. also it's too difficult for me now to remember the account information for JFBConnect subscription.. Can you suggest how to retrieve that account first.. then I'll post that issue again. I appreciate your help..

We send multiple emails during your subscription period. If you know the email address you subscribed from, I'd simply recommend searching your past emails for "SourceCoast". We also have a "Forgot Username" and "Forgot Password" feature where you can look up both bits of that information. Additionally, our payment services include the username in your invoice. If you used PayPal or Google Checkout, you should be able to find your transaction and look up the username that way.

Hope that helps you locate your subscription information. If you can't find it, let us know, and we can give more suggestions on how to search or search ourselves, but we'd need to know something about the account you purchased the subscription with to begin looking.

Thanks,
Alex
