Not Urgent. Google Page Speed suggestions

Hi there

Everything works fine (it feels good to say that), so I am investigating improving the performance of the site.
Google's page speed testing tells me the following related to jfbconnect:

Link node www.sintagespareas.gr/components/com_jfb...ssets/jfbconnect.css should be moved to the document head.
Also, in an other suggestion:

The following external resources have small response bodies. Inlining the response in HTML can reduce blocking of page rendering.
www.sintagespareas.gr/ should inline the following small resources:
www.sintagespareas.gr/components/com_jfb...ssets/jfbconnect.css

I have already changed the mod sclogin not to load the css , and moved the actual code of the css to my template, but I cannot find anywhere where this jfbconnect.css is getting loaded from.

a) Could you point me to where this gets loaded ?
b) Could you see to implement in a future version one of the above two suggestions?
