The problem is likely that you have the Gavick FB login functionality enabled. Depending on the user's browser and other factors, JFBConnect or Gavick could take over and Gavick is likely failing.

You'll need to go into your template's parameters and disable their Facebook Login functionality to fix. The Autotune Error Checker should have detected this. Did you see that error or have you not tested with the Error Checker? We're always looking to improve our self-diagnosis tools, so any feedback you have would be great!

Hope that helps!
Alex

I just disabled the "'Like' buttons in the " setting in the Gavick template. That removed the extra inclusion of the Facebook Javascript. Please check if that causes any other issues.

JFBConnect can be easily configured to automatically add Like buttons as well, if that was something you were using.

Hope that helps,
Alex

You'll have to be a little more patient than that :) We help as fast as we can. Sometimes, that's within an hour, sometimes it's a few, but we pride ourselves on being very fast overall.

As for your issue, that error is almost always caused by an improper Facebook App configuration. Are the recommendations in Autotune setup correctly? Specifically, your website URL and App Domain need to be correct. If they are not setup as the recommendations suggest, please update them. If it looks right, please post (or private message) the exact URL you are trying to login from and we can test from there.

Hope that helps,
Alex
