Sorry about that. We've been caught up with some Facebook changes lately that are affecting quite a bit of our users. Fortunately, that seems to be settling down.

As to your issue, I'm really not sure what's happening on your site and why points are being triggered on Like's but not Comments. The PHP notice you posted above, "Undefined variable: count in /home/prima/public_html/APPS/106/modules/mod_alphauserpoints_actual_points/helper.php" is not something from JFBConnect at all. Whatever that extension is could be conflicting, or there could be an issue with your AUP installation in general.

If you'd like me to check your settings for JFBConnect and the setup of points for comments, please Private Message me a super admin account for the site. We'll gladly check your settings and see if we can narrow things down for you. You can PM me by clicking the arrow under my name (<----) and hitting the mail icon.

Thanks for the credentials. I just got in to test. First, I checked all your settings, and everything looked right. Then, I went to the front-end directly (not in the FB Canvas) and registered through Facebook. I went to an article and created a comment. In the AUP activity log in the backend, the following line was added:

Friday, February 8, 2013 02:57 Facebook Comment Alex Sourcecoast alex.sourcecoast 10th Approved

So, that looks to me like it's working.

I was testing in Chrome. Can you try and see if you're still having the issue and if nothing shows up in the admin area?

Very glad to hear that it seems to be working for you. Not sure why it wouldn't work for the other account, but it's likely specific to that account for some reason.
