Hi guys,
despite being logged in on sourcecoast, I am being told that I need to log in to access the documentation.
Is there an issue with the site at the moment.

I appreciate if somebody can let me know if there ia a version of the documentation which can be downloaded and accessed offline.

Kris,
You need to have an active subscription to JFBConnect to view the documentation. Have you ever purchased a subscription to our extensions? The account you posted from doesn't have any subscription ever associated with it. Do you have another account that may have a subscription?

If not, you can always get one from our Subscriptions Plans page.

Hope that helps,
Alex

Hi Alex,

thanks for your reply.

I pucrchased the $99 package for Facebook integration last week and I had access to the documentation on Saturday.

Can you please check what went wrong.

Cheers
Kris

Kris,
Can you please look up your transaction ID or any other information about the purchase you may have? There is no record at all of the account you're using right now ever having made a purchase.

Many times, users will log in with their Facebook account and then they seem to create a separate Joomla-only account to purchase. My only guess is that you used a different account to purchase with. If you have the transaction ID, we can easily look up the right account and even move that subscription over to this account if you'd prefer to use this one for support.

Hope that helps you investigate more and sorry for the confusion.

Thanks,
Alex

Kris,
Where did you get that receipt number from? That doesn't look like a Payment ID that is part of our system, and it doesn't look like a transaction ID that is provided by PayPal, Authorize.NET or Google Checkout. Can you please let us know the following which should either be in your PayPal or Google Checkout account or would be in the email that you received after you subscribed:
* The payment method you used
* The transaction ID for that payment processor that was generated for that payment

Also, the email itself should have your username and/or email that used to subscribe with. If you see that, please post it as well. Alternatively, please give a lot more information about the receipt number provided above as I'm not sure how to use that to look up the purchase at all.

We'll be more than happy to help straighten everything out once we can look up your purchase.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi Alex,

the id was a receipt number and it was generated from paypal.

You mentioned that my id was in the mail and it was, its krisrr3.

I got confused, because when i logged on the site with my facebook acc I got an email with a username and password. I started o use the latter instead of my actual username.

Anyway it seems to work now.
Cheers
Kris

Kris,
Still unsure about that receipt ID as we've never seen that before, but glad you found the right username. If you'd like us to move the subscription to the account you were logging in with above, just let us know!

Best of luck,
Alex
