The reason you're seeing the error is simply that the Error Check tool will try to load your home page directly:
store.e-movement.biz/ However, that page is redirecting to:
store.e-movement.biz/index.php?lang=it
That's a normal redirection that can happen if you have a language redirector setup. We're working to make the Error Checker work with simple redirects, but simply haven't done it yet.
Regardless of that error though, I just manually checked your site for all of the things that the Error Checker would look for. Your site looks fine! So, I wouldn't worry about that error and just keep going with the configuration. If you run into any issues, just let us know and we'll help you figure out how to solve them.
