Preface: The live site was originially ported from joomla 1.5 using jupgrade. Upon go-live, the site root was redirect to the jupgrade subfolder. So for example jupgrade/images is now just /images..Live site and rewrite base were both updated on change.

The problem is, auto tune seemes to still think the site path is xxx/jupgrade/ so its is setting the deauthorization callback incorrectly and also suggesting incorrect URL.

How does one make the autotune forget what was previously there?

In the top right of Autotune, there's a "Refresh" button. Hit that and it will re-collect the settings. Then, verify and save any changes it recommends, or you think you need.

Hope that helps!

Are you using the Set Recommended Settings or Update Settings button? You may need to use the Set Recommended Settings button to update that parameter. If so, it's a bug, so let us know.. but it may be the fix you need right now.

If not, are you seeing any error messages when you try to save that may indicate why it's not working?

Thanks,
Alex

i was using the update settings. Since i fixed this on the facebook side i cant retest if the other one works.. since its technically already correct.

I'm good for now, but if this is something you can check and verify, that would be cool.

Glad to hear you got it going. Setting it manually is a perfectly fine alternative, and why we show the recommendations... just in case there's an issue.

We'll investigate if there's something we're doing wrong with that setting, but it's not a major feature regardless.

Thanks,
Alex
