I move my site from the test site (testsite.unitedwaypeel.org/jupgrade/momfix) to the live site (unitedwaypeel.org).

The Facebook login won't work. I ran autotune. I even created a new Facebook Application. However, I get a red warning when I change the domain and Site URL under App Info. It really wants to use my testsite information.

Under Canvas it will not accept the new URL under Canvas URL or Secure Canvas URL. I can try and enter the correct information but it is replaced with the wrong information whenever I update Application. Same under page Tab.

I get this "Facebook API Error: (#100) www.unitedwaypeel.org is an invalid secure page tab url"

After doing all this and saving, I tried to login via Facebook. It seemed to be making progress but I eneded up with nothing on my screen and this in the URL "www.unitedwaypeel.org/index.php?option=c...w==&cb=1347285439879'

Please help! Thanks

In Autotune, can you check that the Basic Info page shows that your server has the proper requirements? Mainly, that cURL is enabled.

Then, in the FB App section, hit the "Refresh" button in the top right. If that provides new recommendations, use the "Set All Recommendations" button. That will hopefully update your Canvas URL, though you may not even fbe using the Canvas area. The Site URL and App Domain are the most important fields to have filled out.

Finally, if you still get a blank white page, set the Error Reporting in the Joomla Global Config to Maximum and try again. If there is a full PHP error on that page, let us know what it is and we can help you debug it.

Thanks,
Alex

That error is indicating that you have the JFBConnect / Community Builder profile plugin enabled, but JFBConnect can't find Community Builder. Do you have CB installed? If not, you should disable that plugin. Similarly, if you have other profile plugins enabled, make sure that those extensions are installed.. or disable those plugins.

Once that's working, disable the error reporting setting as mentioned above.

Hope that helps,
Alex

In the Plug-in Manager I have: JFBConnect - Profiles - Community Builder installed and enabled. The only one I don't have enabled is VirtueMart 2.x because that crashed my whole site when I had it turned on. But the log-in still worked on my test site. Is Community Builder a module?

Thanks. I am so confused right now.

Community Builder is a whole component for user management. If you don't know if you have it, you should not enable the Community Builder profile plugin. If you have other profile plugins enabled for extensions you don't know that you have, disable those as well.

That seems to be allowing me to login now via Facebook.
I don't recall enabling that plugin. I certainly didn't upload it purposely.

Everything seems to be working now. Thanks.
