JFBConnect is a commercial extension. You must have subscribed to our 6 month or 12 month plan to download the extension and obtain support. You'll need to find out who the original subscriber was and post from that account.
Otherwise, you can purchase a new subscription. v4.1.2 is pretty old (about 6 or 7 months, at least) and there have been multiple updates since then. I don't know what the cause of the issue you describe above is, but our first suggestion would be to upgrade to the newest release. Once you have your subscriber or account information, if the subscription is still active, upgrading is a matter of simply re-installing JFBConnect.
