Could not fetch page error 503 was created by kafkaf

I installed the JFB connect extension. Everything went well except the Remote Error Check:

JFBConnect Remote Error Check
Checks performed on: http://www.*****.com/

Error: Could not fetch page. Server returned:

Error Code: 503 - Unknown Error

If you unsure why you are seeing this error, please contact us and we can help.

Everything on the configuration menu is green so I don't know what's the problem. Could someone help?

Hi, did you check if your site is set to online? I think for this test you have to put your site online in Joomla back-end (>Site>Global Configuration>Site>Site Offline = No).

Yeah, there's a few causes for a 503, including the site being offline. However, the Error Check is just a quick check. There are some issues it can't find, and others it can erroneously report. While it's very helpful, it's not perfect.

If the front-end of your site works to you and you don't see any issues, I wouldn't worry about the problem. If you do run into issues though, definitely let us know and we can help you look into it further.
