I'm using JFBConnect and I'm very very happy about this component, high quality and very easy to use.
I have a question about the module JFBCLike, I would like to show the faces even when the users are not connected with fb, is it possible? Others component, less good than JFBConnect do this, maybe is possible to do this hacking the code?

Virgilio,
Glad to hear you're enjoying JFBConnect. We always try to strike a good balance between lots of features and ease of use, and like to hear the good feedback that we're hitting the mark!

As to your question, no, you can't show the faces if the user isn't logged in. The faces are only shown of the user's friends who have also Like'd the page and it can't be set to shown all users' who have Like'd the page with any configuration.

The only Like button that I know of that allows images is the Like-Box widget, which JFBConnect implements as the JFBCFan module. That module can show a Like button and user faces to any users. However, the JFBCFan module only works on Facebook Pages, not individual URLs from your site. So, I don't think that's what you were really looking for.

Hope that helps explain, but if you need anything else, just let us know!

Thanks,
Alex

Finally, if you haven't already, please consider leaving a rating and review for JFBConnect or our support on the Joomla Extension Directory. It's certainly not required, but very appreciated:
