Site is active and JFBConnect is working well - www.clubvibe.co.za - but I'm not getting any notifications on new comments or likes via email. It is set up correctly, with Sendmail being my primary SMTP handler (I had it set to PHPMailer before, but it didn't work under this either). Any ideas?

Also, under Google Analytics Social Plugins page, I see no activity and no listing for JFBConnect either...I assume something should appear here? Configuration is correct to use GA under JFBConnect Social tab.

Other than these 2 minor issues, I am very impressed with the level of Facebook integration offered by JFBConnect. Other components talk a good game, this one just delivers without the fuss. Highly recommmended.

Glad to hear you're happy overall. There are a lot of features in JFBConnect, and if the only issues you're having are the ones you mention, yup, that's great!

For the Social Plugins area of Analytics, you won't see anything that mentions JFBConnect. You should just see URLs for pages that have been Like'd or Commented on. If you're not seeing any data there, can you post (or Private Message) a page with a Like button or Comment box on it so we can verify the HTML to check that our Analytics config is inserted correctly.

As for the notifications:
1) I'm assuming you get the normal new-user emails and other system emails, right?
2) PHP Mailer is generally the better option in Joomla Global Config. We've heard issues with Sendmail or SMTP. They should work though, but if not necessary to use them, use PHP Mailer
3) In the email notification area, try to have just one email address for testing purposes. Sometimes multiple emails can be a problem if they're entered incorrectly.
As above, if that doesn't help, send us a page where we can see the code and we'll investigate further.

Thanks!
Alex
