Tarik,
v4.1.2 of JFBConnect is very old. Please subscribe and upgrade to the newest v4.2.4 release. Additionally, the new version has an error checker which can easily diagnose problems like these.

Hope that helps,
Alex

if you can guarantee 100% that the new version will work perfectly on my site ... i will be happy to buy ... but looking to the way you handled my case ... i do not expect to get support for the new version too " knowing that i am subscriber to the website essentials which should offer the support ... this is the whole idea from it "
so can you give me such a guarantee ?

Tarik,
The Site Essentials package you purchased is for a whole different suite of extensions. It's not a support subscription for JFBConnect. We have received your refund request for that though and it will be processed in the next few days. We also never guarantee anything as every site and user's needs are completely different.. but we do provide great support for our subscribers.

As for your issue, the problem is that your language locale is set to ar_AA which is not a language supported by Facebook. We'll have to add that to our error checker to better diagnose this problem. To fix, you'll need to use the Facebook Locale Override setting in the Configuration -> Facebook API area of JFBConnect to set a locale that Facebook does support. There is a link on that page to an XML file of supported locales. You may also just want to try en_GB for testing purposes if you are unsure of the right locale for your area that may be supported.

Hope that helps, but of course, if you have any other issues, just let us know!
Alex
