Does your extensions allow to show the people the faces or friends of a profile page or fans of a business page without have been logged in FB ?

I know that probably I am misunderstanding concepts about the social modules, so excuse me if is something obvious.

You can use the JFBCFan module, I believe, to do what you're asking. A user does not have to be logged into Facebook for the Fan box to work. An example is:
