joomla reinstallation error

On the right hand side of that page, there should be geen checks or red 'x' next to the settings we check for basic functionality (PHP version and cURL). Can you let me know what those errors are?

We don't keep logs of the basic errors. I actually just checked the code. The message I was thinking about for PHP and cURL problems are different. The Basic Config Error message comes up when either the App Id, Secret Key, or Subscriber ID aren't specified at all. It also only comes up after JFBConnect has been configured at least a little. We prevent it from appearing on the initial login to Autotune after the first installation to prevent confusion.

So, can you please click on the "Basic Info" link on the left-hand menu and check if the 3 settings that appear there are filled in with something. Any value will prevent that error, but obviously, the correct ones are needed for normal functionality.
