Autotune error Subscriber ID

getFieldList - Error: Could not communicate with SourceCoast.com to fetch up-to-date information.
getAuthorization - Error: Could not communicate with SourceCoast.com to fetch up-to-date information.

I get error when I put my Subscriber ID. Please help me

No communication with SourceCoats.com??!

I've perform the test on google crome and I get this, :

Ive contacted my provider, they need hostname and ipadres which the script is connect to. So they can put it in the white list.
