Your site does look to be a Joomla site, but I don't see JFBConnect enabled at all. Are you using our Facebook integration extension? With JFBConnect, you can easily set the title, description and image that would be used in all posts a user's wall or FB page. If those tags aren't set, Facebook will try to guess the best information it can about your page, but it's not always right and can change with time.
That's one of many, many features of JFBConnect, but sounds like one that you're most interested in right now.
