Not sure what version you upgraded from, but you may simply need to clear your browser cache. JFBConnect's Javascript usually gets updates with each release, and if your browser is still trying to use the 'old' version, that's a problem. Browser caches can 'stick' for anywhere for a day to a week, depending on your server and browser configuration. JFBConnect has some methods to try to 'break' the caching when updating, but it's not perfect (it can't be).
Just so you know, I just registered on your site, logged out, and logged back in without any problems. The following was posted to my wall as well, which looks right:
