David,
Sorry for the issues you're running into. The Autotune Error Checker doesn't currently follow redirects, which is why you're having problems. It normally should give an error stating that it won't follow redirects instead of the error your seeing. We'll investigate why that's happening. For reference, your domain redirects to www.webbdynamics.com/index.php/en/ when you go to www.webbdynamics.com/

I just looked at your page manually and I can see the following issues:
* It looks like you have another Facebook extension installed that's re-including the Facebook Javascript library. It looks to be something with Community Builder, but I can't be certain. We'd highly recommend disabling that other extension to prevent some common issues you'd run into if left enabled.

Hope that helps,
Alex

That looks more correct. If your index.html had a simple meta redirect, then our Autotune tool was simply reading that file and doing it's checks... hence, why it couldn't find the system plugin. Now when I go to the page, I see a white screen that says "Secure Redirect..." and then I go to www.webbdynamics.com/index.php/en/

Either way, the Autotune tool only works for the root home page (www.webbdynamics.com/). Since that URL does not directly load your Joomla site, the Autotune error checker will not work currently. We're looking to add functionality to let it follow redirects, but for now, the error I listed above is the same error the tool would warn you about.

Hope that helps,
Alex

Joomla always redirects the page through its index.php file how does that then configure. I removed the index, html that was responsible for displaying the "Secure Redirect..." , it should no longer be redirecting. How can I fix this and get the program installed and working on Joomla 2.5

I wouldn't worry about the redirect and I wouldn't worry about the Error Checker utility. The post I made above told you what needs to be fixed that the Error Checker would call out: You have another Facebook extension installed that should be disabled.

As for the redirect, it's something with Joomla that's performing the redirect, but Joomla by itself normally won't redirect you from the home page. Based on the URL of the redirect, it seems to be a language switcher extension that's forcing /en on the URL. Again though, I wouldn't worry about the redirect. Even if the Error Checker doesn't work, all other features of JFBConnect will. The error checker is just a helpful diagnosis tool, but not critical to operation.

Hope that helps and if you are running into actual functional issues, just let us know what they are and we'll gladly help you diagnose those.

Thanks,
Alex
