If you're simply looking to translate the widget itself (the comment button, instructions, etc), that should be done by Facebook automatically. JFBConnect tries to tell Facebook what language all of the widgets should be in based on your Joomla language. That includes the user's preferred language based on their browser and your available Joomla languages as well. If that's not happening, let us know.
The comments themselves can't be translated. They are input by an individual user in the language of their choice. Facebook doesn't have a method to auto-translate them in any way. I heard (unsure if it's true) that they never would allow that as then they could be changing the meaning and intent of one of their user's comments, depending on how the translation goes.
