Hello,

I'm installing a new site with Joomla 2.5.6, at AutoTune I got this error "Your Subscriber ID was not associated with an active JFBConnect subscription." and "Could not fetch application and recommendation data from SourceCoast.com. Cached values were loaded, but may be out of date. It's highly recommended that you make a successful connection to get the most up to date application data and recommendations."

Could you please help me?

I attach a shotscreen with the error

Thanks in advance,

Marco Demonte

Marco,
I see quite a few successful attempts to use Autotune, and I'm not seeing any failures on our end (with your Subscriber ID). That usually means one of the following:
* Your subscriber ID is entered incorrectly into JFBConnect
* cURL is not configured properly. On the Basic Info page of Autotune, we do a basic check for cURL (though it's not 100% accurate in all cases).
* The server your trying from is unable to make an outgoing connection to SourceCoast.com to fetch the latest Facebook App recommendations

Are you setting this site up on a different server than you've used in the past? If so, can you go to the command line and simply try to "ping www.sourcecoast.com" That's not a guarantee that things will work, because PHP can restrict outgoing calls as well, but that's a start.

Hope that helps come up with some ideas, but let us know if you continue to have problems.

Thanks,
Alex

Marco,
Actually, I see there are a few Subscriber IDs associated with your account. When you update your password, your subscriber ID changes. If you're using the old ID, make sure you've changed it to the new one.

Hopefully that's all it is!

Alex
