Help needed

Technical support is done through the forums. We don't have phone or email support and this method has worked great for us for over 3 years so far.

The issue I can see on your site is that you're using a locale that isn't supported by Facebook. Your language is configured to en_AU. I'm not sure if you've manually set that in JFBConnect, or that's your Joomla language, but you'll need to use something else. In the Configuration -> Facebook API tab of JFBConnect, you can specify a locale override. You may just want to try en_GB, which definitely works, and should get you up and running.

We'll add en_AU to our Autotune Error Checker for locales that don't work. Hadn't been notified of that one before.

Just added en_AU to the checker, so you should be able to verify when you've selected a language available in Facebook easier.
