Duplicated boxes

Can you post (or Private Message) a link to a page we can see what's happening? Virtuemart does a lot of AJAX-y type calls that can interfere or cause other issues with JFBConnect. Honestly haven't heard of duplicated boxes before, but not surprised. We can gladly try to help you resolve it though.

I just clicked around your site a lot and couldn't recreate the issue at all. Is there anything you know of that can cause it to appear more often: logged in, refreshing, browser, etc?

The picture was very helpful to understand what's happening, but unfortunately, I don't have any idea why.

When I add to cart, it brings me to the checkout page. It doesn't reload the same page and doesn't show the original product or comment box.

Did you change any other settings or is there some other way we should test? I wasn't logged in at the time, if that's necessary, just let us know. I'm also not sure what you mean by "if you click from there it will show up more often"? Click what, the Add to Cart button, or something else?

I just added the same infant shirt to my cart and clicked the left-sidebar link to that product. I was brought to the same URL I went to originally (and the one showing in your picture). There weren't two Comment boxes on the page though. I viewed the HTML source and couldn't find any place where a 2nd box would be either (so it's not just hidden from me for some reason).

Can you try in another browser and/or tell me anything else that may help me recreate it? Are you logged in, for instance? Also, the Add To Cart button is a big orange button for me, but it's green for you. Not sure if you're modifying the site a lot right now (which is fine) or if there's just some difference between how we're testing.
