Hi All
I'm new to this and trying to get the JFBCFan module to work. I'm using RT_Ionosphere. I'm pointing at my fan page but all i get is this

File Attachment:

The module and the shortcode both work in IE, but i get nothing in Chrome or FireFox.

Any help is much appreciated
Thanks

Something in your template is stripping part of our tags. What should look like <fb:like-box actually looks like <like-box

Can you try disabling any optimization or minimization extensions you have installed and see if that fixes the problem? If not, try another template (temporarily) to see if that helps. If so, let us know, as that will help narrow things down.

Thanks,
Alex

I tried in another RT template and it worked in IE, FF, and Chrome no issue. I tried uninstalling all of the modules and components and reinstalling, same issue.
Again it works fine in IE, just not in FF or Chrome. I haven't turned on any optimization or minimization.

There's something on your site that's stripping our tags. Unfortunately, I don't know what that is. We've heard that the RokZipper plugin can cause issues like that, but it could be anything on your site. It's not something from our extension. We don't change the output based on the browser. Something that is changing it per browser though (usually to optimize things) is.

Please keep investigating and let us know if you can't get it, but there's not much I can recommend. Obviously, there's something with your template, but we can't fix that (you may need to contact RocketTheme).

you were right. RokZipper was disable I had already checked that. New plugin, RokBooster, to compress CSS and JavaScript was the issue.

Cheezz,
Thanks for letting us know what the cause was. There's a few things we need to chat about with RocketTheme as far as some weird conflicts... I'll add that to the list :)

Glad you're going for now, and let us know if there's anything else you need!
