It depends on where the other content is coming from. JFBConnect uses a Content plugin to automatically add the social buttons and comment box. You can re-order the content plugins so JFBConnect is the last one, and that will make it go after/lower all other content plugins. If the video is a part of the K2 template file though, that won't work as that's in a 'fixed' location. You'd then need to modify the template to change the ordering of things or manually insert the FB comment box into the flow where you want it to be. That would not be possible using the content plugin though.
