JFBCFan module issue was created by sbouloc
Hello,

the component and modules are just great. The only issue is with the JFBCFan module. Fans avatar do not show in the module. I have set it in the module admin side but they don't appear in the front side. Please advise.

I am also waiting for the component to post the new reviews (articles) into the fan Page. Can you tell me if that will be possible soon?
Thank you.

Stéphane,
For the avatar faces, they likely aren't showing because the height isn't tall enough. If you have the header, stream, and faces, the min-height you'd need is something like 500 or 600 px. Try increasing it, or removing the stream/header, and the faces should start showing.

As for auto-posting content back to your Facebook Page, that's not something we do right now. It's something we're hoping to add later this year, but it gets very complicated to do it right (no double-postings, don't post until the article is really ready, only from certain category options, etc). Until then, the best option is to simply create a wall post about a new article on your Page itself. Tedious, but also allows a little more custom information to be entered before you link to it.

Hope that helps! Definitely glad to hear you're liking JFBConnect so far. If you have any recommendations or feedback, we'd love to hear it!

Thanks,
Alex

Hello alzander, increasing the module size works perfectly.

Is it possible to change the thumb size for the faces? They are actually set at 50px. Also I would like to remove the names under each faces. Is that possible?

Thank you.

Glad to hear the height setting fixed your issue.

Unfortunately, there's not any customization you can do to the avatars or placement of the information. Facebook is pretty strict about wanting everything to be branded the same and look consistent across sites for a unified experience for users. How it looks is basically how it looks.

Hope that's alright, and if you need anything else, just let us know!

Thanks,
Alex
