Topic-icon JFBCSystem not activating

I have installed and enabled the JFBCSystem plugin. When I go to my Plugins Manager I can see it there, with a white checkmark within a green circle indicating that it is properly enabled. Yet the Autotune error check is returning the following two errors:

Warning: Issues were found with your site. Please check all tests below and correct any warnings or errors.

Test: JFBCSystem plugin is enabled
Fail: Not Enabled! Please enable in the Site Config area of Autotune or in the Joomla plugin manager.
Test: Facebook Javascript library inclusion
Fail: Please enable the JFBCSystem plugin to include the Facebook library on your site.

I've enabled it. I'm at a loss as to what is wrong. Some help would be appreciated.

Looks like a bug on our end (mostly). You look to be logged into the admin area of your site using a URL that doesn't have www. However, the front-end of your site has a redirect from the non-www version to the www version. Our Autotune error checker doesn't currently follow redirects.

If you log into your admin area using www.site.com instead of just site.com, I believe the Autotune error checker should work as expected.

Glad to hear that was the issue. I've added a note to our bug-tracker to either follow redirects, put up a notice that a 301 was encountered, or both.
