As noted on the download page, above, and a few other place, you must upgrade JLinked to v1.2 when you upgrade JFBConnect. This release updates some shared pieces that they both use, and the older JLinked v1.1 won't be able to find some of the information it needs once you upgrade JFBConnect.
The admin area should still be completely accessible, and when you upgrade JLinked, all your front-end issues should go away.
