all facebook buttons, comments, feeds etc are down. they do not work on any sites with any apps .... I couldn't even log into this site with facebook .... the button was missing ..... what's going on?

We have exactly the same problem - all buttons disappear from all articles :(::::: - we do not do any changes!
Any ideas.....???

The issue you experienced yesterday was a problem with Facebook itself that lasted about an hour and a half. It had nothing to do with JFBConnect directly, and all sites using Facebook integration were affected. For more information on the problem, see Facebook's Platform Status page:
developers.facebook.com/live_status

Sorry for the trouble. In the upcoming 4.2 release (next week), we'll have a diagnosis tool, which should help alert you to these types of issues more quickly.
