Problem with Send key was created by andbli
I use JCBConnect 4.1.2 on Joomla! 2.5.4 with ca_cloudbase2_j17 template. When I activate (click) the Send button the panel that opens is hidden in 80%. Is that a bug? Try my site e.g. on www.moznainaczej.com.pl/konwersatorium/n...izsze-konwersatorium or any other. At the bottom of the site click the key "Przycisk wyslij". You will see the effect.

First off, after I post this, I'll be moving it to the Joomla 2.5 forums. You seem to have accidentally posted it in the JLinked area.

As for your issue, the Send button popup is being cutoff by your template. Your CSS files are compressed, so I can't give you exact information, but it looks like in your "template.css" file you need to change all the following elements to have the setting "overflow: visible". Right now, all 3 have the setting of "overflow:hidden":

.rt-block
#rt-mainbody
#rt-mainbody .component-content

Hopefully, you can find those in the template.css file. If you need more help though, please disable the CSS compression and let us know. We can help more from there.

I did what you recommended, but it did not help. The problem remains the same.

It's working properly for me now. If you didn't clear the Joomla or RocketTheme cache after you made the change, that would be why. It simply needed time to clean itself.

Please try again, and always try clearing the cache when you make changes.

Hello Andrzej,
almost everything visual (that represent's a change the reflect in the site's front-end) will require a cache clean.
specially if you're using Joomla built-in Page Cache and/or the template has it's own cache mechanism (like in the case of RocketTheme's templates).
