My site is sanmarcosyouthsoccer.org and I tested the JBFConnect with my account and it works without issue, however when others try to login with fackbook, they get the message "en error occurred, please try later".

When I was working with my customer, I tried at the same time and everything worked fine for me, but not the customer.
For now, I removed all the JBFConnect modules so my customers will not run in to the problem.

I created a test page to review the issue, you can find it under the quicklinks or direct access sanmarcosyouthsoccer.org/jfbt-testing.html

smysvp,
The issue is likely in your Facebook application. I see the "An error has occurred" message if I visit your site with www on the URL. Please make sure your "Application Domain" is set to:
sanmarcosyouthsoccer.org

That should likely fix your problem by letting Logins work from www or non-www to your site.

Let us know how that goes, and good luck,
Alex

I've changed the app domain per your instructions. It was not the way you suggested before. Will you be able to take a look and see if it works for you? As it has always worked for me, it is difficult to tell if it is working.
I did notice that the JFBCSubscribe is showing an error. When you click on the error, is says that the href is incorrect, but I have checked it and it is correct. For a test I changed it to http instead of https and that made the error go away for a couple of page loads, but now the error is back.

Thank you for your help, I do appreciate it and I am confident that with your help I can get this working 100% on my site.

Yes, that seems to be working for me now. I'm not sure where I suggested something different. The only post I've found from before is here . Let me know, if our documentation or somewhere else we're stating things differently, that's not good.

The href for the JFBCSubscribe module is actually incorrect. The subscribe module -only- works for user profile pages, not Fan Pages. I'd recommend using the JFBCFan module, which can show a Like button, your Page Stream, and/or faces of users who Like the page. It's very flexible and is meant for Facebook Pages.

As for the help, no problem. We'll get you going! Should you need anything else, just let us know, and keep us posted on the issues above!

Thanks,
Alex

Thank you for the help. As for my comment, I misstated my thought. I had a different value in the application domain, before you told me to change it. Anyway I changed it to what you suggested.
