as Alex stated, once someone has LIKEd a link on your website, FB will cache it's content (url, image, description etc') for about a week, so even if you changed something on that page, FB will still use it's cached data.
another trick to solve this issue and also test how would FB see you page, is to use their debugger:
developers.facebook.com/tools/debug
it will clear FB's cache before anything is LIKEd for the first time (note that this will not help after someone has already LIKE the page).
