I am getting the following warning:
WARNING: POSSIBLE MISCONFIGURATION
We suggest updating your Site URL to: coefficient.com.au/
You can do this by visiting: Facebook Developers
Select your application -> Edit Settings.
You should configure the Site URL and App Domain.
at the top of the page I get:
Facebook API Error: Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)
Facebook API Error: Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)

I am not sure what the problem is as nothing has really changed on the site and on the facebook side settings are correct as per the above warning. I am assuming its some sort of SSL thing but didn't think my setup actually required SSL as it was just a simple login.

Your site doesn't require SSL to be installed. That error is saying your site is having issues talking to Facebook.com over SSL either because Facebook's SSL certificate isn't validating, or your server can't seem to look up the right information to validate it.

I haven't seen that specific error before honestly. It may be a fleeting problem on Facebook's end that will get fixed soon. It may be because of a server update on your side that may have changed some of the root certificates (which if done incorrectly can cause your server not to be able to validate other site's certificates, like Facebook.com).

In the Configuration -> Facebook API tab of JFBConnect, there is a setting to disable validation of SSL certificates from Facebook. Try disabling that and see if it helps. It's not a proper solution to the problem, but worth doing for a few days to see if the problem resolves itself.

Let us know how that goes,
Alex

It was an issue with my hosting. Something to do with a certificate not being updated during a server migration. Its all up and running now.
