Sorry for the delays between each post. I had to do some digging in to the error you say you're receiving. The Canvas works fine for me, but the Page Tab shows the error you mention (in IE) or is just blank in Chrome.
Basically, the error you mentioning is because the following header is being sent from your site:
That code, when sent from your server in the response headers for the page tells the browsers that your content shouldn't be displayed inside the frame of another website (i.e. Facebook).
However, since it's only happening on the Page Tab, I'm assuming (hoping) that you're pointing the Page Tab to a different URL on your site than your Canvas. Otherwise, there's no reason I can think of that the Canvas works and the Page Tab doesn't.
If you are using different URLs, please try setting the Page Tab to the same URL as your Canvas URL, just to test. If that works, it means something on that specific URL is setting that option. Likely some extension you have installed, and you'll need to remove that setting.
