davindersingh,
Very sorry for the delayed response. I just tried to use the credentials to login to the admin area and determine what is wrong, but when I log into the admin area, I get a 500 error:

500 - An error has occurred.
Return to Control Panel

The link to return to the control panel simply returns me to the login screen.

Any idea why the login isn't working, or have other suggestions on how to get in?

Finally, other things to test:
1) In the "Profiles" area of JFBConnect, set some of the field importing up so that something (like "Basic Info - Bio") is imported from Facebook. Let us know if that properly imports, as it will help narrow down if it's a avatar only issue, or all profile stuff that's a problem.
2) In the admin area, go to Site -> System Information and click the "Directory Permissions" tab. Make sure everything is writeable (except maybe the configuration.php file). Especially check to make sure the Temp directory is writeable.
3) If you have any other JFBCProfile plugins enabled, please try disabling them. Also, if you had them enabled, let us know if those were able to import any information.

Hope that helps, and sorry for the delays. We're in a bit of crunch time here to get the next release of JFBConnect out which has a lot of improvements and bug-fixes. If your issue turns out to be a bug though, we'd love to get it fixed in time for the next release!

Thanks,
Alex

Its because i moved site to live server.
I have same configuration as you explained, but only thing is permissions to temp folder is "Unwritable"
I'll try to change that, but for some reason path for temp folder is my machine path (C:\xampp\htdocs\sitename/tmp )
Any idea how to change that?

Hello,
if it's a live server, then please consult with your hosting provider about the correct TMP path.

Generally in Linux it should be something like /PATH_TO_HOME_OF_USER/domains/domain.com/tmp
