Bug with request and iOS 5.1

We have a problem with iOS 5.1 and jfbcrequest.
It seems like a javascript error due only to iOS as it is working very well on all other platforms (IE, FF, Safari mac)
Could you help us solve it ?
Seems difficult to track
The webpage is for instance activ-ha.com/monsite/jcmachuron/ and just click on the Facebook logo with an iPhone or with Safari dev tools with iPhone user agent.
You will notice that sometimes it works only once then after always throws a js error

Using iOS simulator and Xcode I have tracked down the problem to Facebook cookies or cache

If I clear safari iOS cookies all is working great again, but as soon as Facebook is accessed there is something which forbids to click on the request button again by throwing a js error I guess

No impossible to reproduce on source coast as it seems related only to requests.
Facebook logins works nicely on iOS 5.1
I have the issue only with job request module it seems.
