How do I get the FB "like" and "comments" to show up on each article??

I have been through the configuration guide and I got up to this bit;

and don't quite know what to do at this point. I have enabled the Content - JFBCContent plugin but I can't find any settings for it, and can't get the "like" button and "comments" section to automatically appear at the bottom of my articles. I know I can manually put them there by adding {JFBCLike} etc to each individual article manually, but I would rather not have to do this.
It seems like a really dumb question and I feel like I must be missing something simple but ..i'm stuck!

Also, with the comments, I have installed the comments module and in the module settings I have changed the width of the comment tables, but where I have added {JFBCComments} on an article the comments box shows up at the original width and not the width that I changed it to in the module settings. Again, I know I can manually change it by adding the parameters to the tag such as {JFBCComments href=XXXXX width=470 num_posts=5} but I would rather not have to do that for every single comments box if I place them manually like that.

So, what I really need is to be able to automatically have them appear in ALL articles, and automatically appear at the size of my choosing. How can I do this please? Thank you for your time and again I am sorry if this is a stupid question, I know I must be missing something simple..

(I am using Joomla 2.5 by the way!)
