I'm using JFBConnect version 4.1.2 on joomla 2.5, and added the comment plugin to some of my articles.

Unfortunately, comments written by other users than me, are invisible and redirected to my moderation list.

Looking through the forums, I was able to check that the "moderation mode" specified at /developers.facebook.com/tools/comments is set to "all publications public by default", and my blacklist configured to "without restrictions".

Is there another setting I wouldn't have taken care of ?! Thanks for your help !!!

Pascal.

Pascal,
On the actual comments box, there should be a 'Settings' button in the top right. That will appear when you're logged into Facebook in another tab with an administrator of the application. Make sure that the 'moderation mode' is set to 'public by default' there as well.

If you don't see the 'Settings' button, it could be for a few reasons:
* Your Facebook Application is brand new and hasn't propagated through all of Facebook's servers - give it a day or so and try again
* In the Social configuration area of JFBConnect, on the Open Graph tab, make sure that Open Graph is enabled
* There's a conflict with another FB extension on your site. If multiple extensions are installed that are trying to use the FB Javascript library, they could be conflicting and causing the comment box to not 'see' the right settings.

If none of that helps, please post the URL of the page and we can take a look at the front end. A lot of issues can be solved just by seeing your page.

Thanks,
Alex
